The consumers, staff and Board of Directors extend our deepest sympathy to Mrs. Lydia Ann Coulter’s family and friends. Mrs. Coulter worked tirelessly to improve the lives of people with disabilities and their families. We at UCP of NEPA are forever grateful for Mrs. Coulter’s dedication, commitment and fortitude.
