UCP of NEPA Expands Phone Program to Include Mobile Devices

UCP of NEPA is expanding their Free Special Phone Program (formerly known as TDDP— Telecommunications Device Distribution Program) to include free specialized mobile equipment to eligible Pennsylvanians with disabilities.
